First up is: Freya Hayley
Freya’s vibes are electric. She encourages you to be silly, have a boogie and to love yourself.
I find her Instagram posts to be very much like journal entries. You feel welcomed into her vulnerable space where she speaks about healing, growth and embodying every part of you.
I am in awe of Freya because she constantly inspires me, she makes me want to learn more about myself, to spend more time alone, to dance, to cry when I feel like it or when I need to, to appreciate nature and spend more time in it, she makes me want to embody my life in all that it is.
